We are looking for a creative and driven marketer to join our core team and help us build and grow all our brands. We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes food and digital content. If you love creating sizzling-hot reels, designing beautiful posts, and connecting with a food-loving community, this is the job for you. Key Responsibilities As our Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice of Samgyuniku online. Your main tasks will include: Content Creation (Design): Conceptualize and create eye-catching posters, infographics, and other graphics for our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Content Creation (Video): Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) that showcase our food, ambiance, special promos, and customer experiences. Promotion & Strategy: Brainstorm, develop, and promote exciting new marketing promos (e.g., student discounts, holiday specials) to drive sales. Influencer Marketing: Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with food bloggers and content creators to tap for collaborations. Social Media Management: Manage our daily social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, and actively replying to all comments and direct messages in a friendly and professional manner. Customer Feedback: Monitor and manage customer feedback and online reviews, resolving any concerns gracefully and ensuring our customers feel heard. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role. Strong Portfolio: You must provide a portfolio showcasing your work in graphic design, video creation (Reels/TikTok), and social media management. Technical Skills: Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva , Adobe Photoshop). Proficient in mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut , InShot, etc.). Excellent communication and copywriting skills (both English and Filipino). Creative, proactive, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail. Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Must be willing to work (on-site/hybrid) in (Your Location). Bonus Points: Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
