Integrations Manager (AU, IT, WFH)

Schedule: 7 AM to 4 PM

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience managing or coordinating integrations in a fintech, payments, or crypto-related environment
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Postman, and basic integration workflows
  • Experience handling partner or merchant onboarding for Tier 1 or enterprise-level clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple integration projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a smooth onboarding experience
  • Ability to collaborate across teams including Technical Account Managers, Developers, and Product teams
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing issues independently

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the cryptocurrency, digital payments, or blockchain domain
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence
  • Experience with CI/CD concepts and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, or equivalent)
  • Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Systems Analysis
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments

What You'll Do

As an Integrations Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for partner integrations—ensuring that Tier 1 and strategic partners are onboarded smoothly, efficiently, and with high satisfaction. You'll drive technical coordination, oversee issue resolution, and proactively manage the integration process from kickoff to go-live.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the integration process for new partners, ensuring timely and high-quality go-live execution
  • Act as the primary contact for all partner integration queries and escalations
  • Troubleshoot technical integration issues, coordinating with internal teams for resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner technical and business teams
  • Monitor integration-related communications across multiple platforms (Slack, Telegram, Email)
  • Maintain ownership of escalated issues and ensure prompt resolution with cross-functional teams
  • Provide technical integration support to internal stakeholders and assist with ad-hoc technical tasks
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's suite of integration products and APIs
  • Maintain service-level response times and integration quality standards
