Their innovative system receives restaurant orders via email, leverages AI for data transformation, and seamlessly integrates orders into various supplier ERP systems. As they expand their integrations with platforms like NetSuite and others, they're seeking a skilled professional who can architect, build, and maintain robust, high-performance integrations.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer with a strong background in API integrations and systems design, particularly using Go. You will be responsible for connecting our API to supplier ERP systems, ensuring seamless order processing and data integrity. This role is fully remote but includes on-call responsibilities to rapidly troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement API integrations with multiple supplier ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, among others) using Go.
• Systems Architecture: Apply "systems" thinking to build scalable, resilient, and secure integrations that handle real-time order processing from restaurants.
• AI Data Transformation: Work alongside our AI team to incorporate data transformation processes ensuring the orders are accurately converted into ERP entries.
• Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for
• integrations, including on-call troubleshooting and rapid response to integration issues or failures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, AI, DevOps) to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Develop clear documentation and establish integration best practices to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency and solid experience in API design, development, and integration utilizing language such as but not limited to Go, Python, Node JS, etc.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and communication protocols.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to design and implement robust, fault-tolerant integrations with a focus on high availability and data integrity.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven experience in troubleshooting complex system integrations and performing on-call incident response.
• Remote Work: Demonstrated success in managing tasks and collaborating effectively in a remote work environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document technical processes and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-driven data transformation workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized deployments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior involvement in building systems that process high risk transactional data in real time.
• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP systems, such as NetSuite or similar platforms.
