Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead and oversee our engineering and construction projects. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day engineering operations, supervising project execution, and ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required)
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Head or Manager handling multiple projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Proficient in construction planning, cost estimation, and quality control
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor the engineering team in all operational activities
  • Plan, implement, and monitor engineering projects from start to completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for engineering projects
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare progress reports, technical documents, and project updates for management
