Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining Confidentiality: VIP Specialists often handle sensitive information and must maintain strict confidentiality.
- Identifying Opportunities: They may also identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing VIP clients.
- Working with Backend Systems: They utilize various systems and tools to manage client information, track interactions, and process transactions.

Qualifications:
