Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Development: Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Technical Expertise and Guidance: Provide engineering expertise and technical support to project teams. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents.
  • Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Facilitate clear and effective communication among all parties.
  • Resource Management: Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical challenges and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, specifications, progress reports, and change orders. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Safety Management: Ensure that all project activities are conducted in a safe manner, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
