Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.

Auditing:

Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate financial controls, identify risks, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.

Tax Services:

Prepare and review tax returns, ensure timely compliance with tax regulations, provide tax planning advice, and coordinate with tax authorities when necessary.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability.

Consulting & Advisory:

Provide professional advice on accounting practices, financial planning, and business strategy to support management decisions.

Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Regulatory Compliance & Updates:

Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations to ensure continuous compliance.

Qualifications
  • Proven 3 to 5+ years of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and costing
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
  • Ability to start immediately (ASAP
