Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager - Learning & Development located in Makati City. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to foster employee development. They will manage learning management systems, develop instructional materials, and facilitate leadership development programs. Additionally, they will assess training needs, create a supportive learning environment, and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.
