Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaluyong for a Deputy Manager. The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day banking operations, manage bank staff, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will engage in client relations, develop and execute plans to increase revenue, and support senior management in decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in banking operations and client relations
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff effectively
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strategic planning and implementation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the banking industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools
