● With at least 1 year life/health insurance experience

● Health insurance background (Health Claims TPA a plus)

● Business requirements specification, software testing and test management

● Case management/BPM

● Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations

● Experience in process mapping (current state/future state)

● Experience in data flow mapping

● Experience in process improvement/engineering will be an advantage

● Strong analytical and problem solving skills

● Ability to document business requirements and functional specifications

● Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives

● Ability to provide technical training to end users

● Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills

● Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment

● Ability to lead requirements elicitation sessions

● Ability to facilitate requirements walkthrough and approval sessions for stakeholders (Ops approvers, Tech partners)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: Php50, Php90,000.00 per month
