About the role

RMP Services Inc. is seeking a talented Structural BIM Modeler to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of complex Precast Concrete projects for a USA client, using your expertise Building Information Modelling (BIM) to create detailed, accurate 3D models in Tekla or REVIT that drive the success of our clients' initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop high-quality, detailed 3D structural BIM models of Precast Concrete elements construction drawings.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure the BIM models accurately reflect the project requirements and standards.
  • Detailing of materials within Precast Concrete elements.
  • Details of reinforcing steel to ACI standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of BIM-related deliverables, such as schedules, quantities and visualizations.

What we're looking for:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in structural BIM modelling, preferably in the Precast Concrete industry.
  • Proficiency in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla, or other related tools.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, construction methods and project workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation and data management.
