About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this full-time Accounting Supervisor role at CopierOnline Philippines Inc' offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations within a fast-paced and dynamic finance team based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll and other accounting functions
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, daily sales report, budgets, and other key financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide training and mentorship to Accounting Staff

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2-3 years experience in an Accounting Supervisor or Senior Accountant role, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work well in a team and mentor Junior Staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
