About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional service
  2. Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen in a timely manner
  3. Serve food and beverages to guests with excellent attention to detail
  4. Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns
  5. Maintain a clean and well-organised dining area
  6. Assist with stock management and inventory control as needed
  7. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
  8. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a food and beverage server or similar hospitality role
  2. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  6. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
