About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Zirconia Inc' in Paranaque City Metro Manila. As a full-time Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Take and process food and drink orders accurately
  3. Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently
  4. Ensure tables are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for the next customers
  5. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
  7. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
  8. Adhere to all health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role in the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  5. Flexible and adaptable to handle the dynamic nature of the role
  6. Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and preparation
