About the role

DCD Foods Franchising OPC' is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions and insights that support the company's strategic objectives. As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting complex data to identify trends and opportunities that will help us stay ahead in the competitive food and beverage industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets

  2. Perform advanced data analysis to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and insights

  3. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions

  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques to continuously improve our processes

  6. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making

  7. Ensure data integrity and the implementation of data governance policies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field

  2. 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role

  3. Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  5. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data-driven stories

  6. Experience working in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required
