Purpose of the Job:

The purpose of this job is to support UI PC DEO R&D programme and take UI PC DEO business to underserved markets, channels with core and underserved brands to meet the unserved needs of the consumers globally. The primary requirement is to work closely with our Philippines R&D and manufacturing sites at Philippines and rest of SEAA countries

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment of global mixes for the various markets for Deodorant portfolio at SEAA region by working closely with PH R&D team and manufacturing sites
  • Ensuring smooth deployment of all type of innovation in SEAA majorly deo category. It can be innovation rollout, regulatory transition or country registration documentation etc
  • Develop good understanding of formulation and processing scaleup at lab/pilot/factory level
  • Addressing all the regulatory queries by country clusters by working closely with PH R&D team.
  • Travel to factory for rollout of formulations, packaging trials or commercial startup.
  • Conduct lab pilot batches for NPD projects and ensure End to End factory support and technology transfer
  • Working very closely with the UI RA team to support the regulatory assessment for portfolio.
  • Regular connect with factory teams for support new launches, MPT factory trials.
  • Working to implement of regulatory changes across UI-specific mixes and sourcing units as per global mandates.
  • Driving rigor, risk assessment, mitigation, and safety during project delivery.
  • Executing projects in line with best practices and managing stakeholder expectations by providing regular feedback on project progress.

Qualification:

  • Post Graduate – Msc, Chemistry, B.tech Chemical engg , MTECH Cosmetics
  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant R&D experience in BG/BU R&D teams.
  • Deodorant expertise is preferred
  • Has the ability to work independently with Cross-functional team members
  • Has the ability to deal with people from multicultural backgrounds.
  • Skills to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig
  • Willing to work in a DAYSHIFT Schedule
  • Willing to START ASAP
