What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of proven experience preparing vouchers, reconciling invoices, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines reliably.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
  • Proficient with Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and/or Microsoft product counterparts.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel including formulas such as lookups, etc.
  • Willing to work beyond work hours and during weekends for the month-end inventory.
  • Willing to work in Salcedo Village, Makati or Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

What you'll be doing:

  • Encoding daily sales and expenses.
  • 3 way matching
  • Recording transactions into books of accounts.
  • Monitoring subsidiary ledger / ORs.
  • Monitoring and recording of all payables and receivables. This includes suppliers, utilities, and other operational sources.
  • Assist in Auditing inventory and cash
  • Auditing cashiers, officers, and store inventory.
  • Documents needed by stores like operational permits and licenses.
  • Assisting with ad hoc finance-related tasks and projects.
  • Administer, monitor and supervise the month-end inventory.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
