Position Summary: Responsible for conducting policy analysis, developing gender-responsive policies, and ensuring that the Fund's programs and services integrated gender perspectives aligned with national and international Gender and Development (GAD) mandates.
Qualification Standards:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field;
- At least 1 year experience in policy research, gender analysis, or program development
- Strong research, analytical and technical writing skills; and
- Familiarity with GAD-related laws, policies, and frameworks (e.g., Magna Carta of Women)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review existing Fund's policies, guidelines, and programs to identify gender gaps or gender issues
- Conduct gender-related research, policy analysis, and needs assessment to support evidence-based and data-driven GAD programs and initiatives
- Develop/Update policies and guidelines to mainstream GAD in the Fund's programs and services.
- Provide technical assistance in integrating GAD perspectives in product development and service delivery.
- Attend Multi-Functional Team (MFT) meetings to ensure that GAD aspects are being considered during review of existing policies and guidelines or development of new products and services
- Liaise with external research institutions and other government agencies for collaborative gender-related studies.

Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring the effective integration of Gender and Development (GAD) principles in corporate planning, monitoring and evaluation.
Qualification Standards:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Development Studies or related field;
- At least 1 year experience in planning, monitoring, and evaluation (experience in GAD mainstreaming preferred);
- Strong skills in report preparation and project monitoring; and
- Familiarity with GAD-related laws, policies, and frameworks (e.g., Magna Carta of Women).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) in the formulation of the Fund's GAD Plan and Budget (GPB) and GAD Accomplishment Report (GAD AR).
- Develop performance indicators, monitoring tools, and evaluation frameworks for GAD initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of GAD programs, projects, and activities corporate-wide, and submit progress report to the GFPS.
- Review corporate strategic plans and KPIs to ensure the integration of gender perspective.
- Provide technical assistance on mainstreaming gender indicators in the planning and reporting of organizational unit.
- Prepare periodic reports for submission to GFPS, as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, including employee wellness and work-life balance initiatives, that promote gender equality and inclusivity, ensuring compliance with GAD-related laws (e.g., Anti-Sexual Harassment Law, Safe Spaces Act, Magna Carta of Women).
- Lead the design and conduct of GAD-related trainings, orientations, and capacity-building programs for employees.
- Ensure gender-responsiveness in recruitment, promotion, and employee welfare programs.
- Maintain and analyze sex-disaggregated HR data for planning and reporting.
- Provide support to the Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) in handling gender-based sexual harassment and any other gender-based complaints.
- Serve as HR's focal person in ensuring workplace inclusivity, diversity, and equality.
Job Type: Full-time
