## Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the Owner/Client, ensuring effective coordination, strategic planning, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and manage all phases of substation construction projects—from conceptual design to project closeout—including site selection, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Oversee and implement project controls including scheduling, cost control, scope management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with NGCP/NPC standards, environmental regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct constructability reviews, material take-offs, and procurement tracking to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify delays or issues, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, documentation, and client updates.

## Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in substation construction projects, preferably with exposure to NGCP (National Grid Corporation of the Philippines) or NPC (National Power Corporation) standards and protocols
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, high-voltage equipment, and substation design and construction processes
  • WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED ANYWHERE IN PH
