About the role

R-II Builders Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer (Consultant) to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting initiatives within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Participate in the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural engineering projects
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure the timely and efficient completion of project deliverables
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the design, analysis, and problem-solving of engineering challenges
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address project-related concerns
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering projects
  • Civil Engineer; Accredited DPWH Project Engineer
  • Must have latest PRC ID
  • Strong technical expertise in design, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in the use of engineering software and tools, such as CAD, structural analysis, and project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
