PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure tasks are completed on time, meet specifications, and align with project plans and budget.
  • Supervise on-site manpower and collaborate with the Foreman to monitor worker productivity.
  • Coordinate project schedules and work sequences.
  • Report site concerns to the head office.
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates.
  • Ensure all installations meet the required quality standards.
  • Track material inventory and coordinate with the Foreman to manage the budget and prepare inventory reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Supervise installers for the installation of seismic gap covers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience on project site supervision.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is an advantage.
  • PRC license is a plus.
  • Willingness to be assigned to out-of-town locations (e.g., Pampanga, Cebu, Iloilo, etc.).
  • Driving skills are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
