Who We Are

Link Energie Industries Co. Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad.

You will play a critical role in coordinating technical teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring all engineering deliverables meet specifications and are completed on time, ensuring our projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, consistent with quality standards and in compliance with safety requirements.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, your primary focus will be to ensure that all technical aspects of the construction process—including design interpretation, quality assurance, scheduling, and safety compliance—are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires an engineer who can manage multiple technical priorities while coordinating with all project stakeholders across the following Engineering Fields:

  • Civil
  • Mechanical
  • Electrical

Responsibilities

  • Interpret plans and specifications prior to construction.
  • Plan the work and efficiently organize site resources to meet the agreed budget and the deadlines.
  • Supervise all work and operations being done within his control.
  • Enforce the implementation of immediate quality control measures within his area of responsibility.
  • Enforce all environmental, health and safety rules as well as security regulations on his assigned area work.
  • Prepare project status report for Project Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Licensed engineer with a bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated work experience in a Project Engineer or similar role, preferably within commercial, infrastructure, or industrial construction project implementation (experience in water-related infrastructure is preferred).
  • Prior experience in supervising on-site construction activities and coordinating work between various trades/subcontractors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting, team coordination, and client communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating technical risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is a must, but other software familiarity is an advantage (i.e. Planswift, MS Project Primavera)
