Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our growing team. As our Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and providing accurate reporting to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Monitor company expenses, budgets, and cash flow
  • Prepare and file statutory government requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) on time
  • Assist in payroll preparation and related reporting
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as needed
  • Provide management with financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but not required
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (construction or manufacturing industry experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
