Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tracks payments to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manages all accounting transactions
  • Prepares budget forecasts
  • Publishes financial statements in time
  • Handles monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
  • Reconciles accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensures timely bank payments
  • Computes taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manages balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Reports on the company's financial health and liquidity
  • Audits financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforces financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Complies with financial policies and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Or with 2 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
