Responsibilities:

  • Develop straightforward business cases or lead feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to support the development and continuous review of business cases.
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation
  • Conceptualize elements of digital strategy/digital-enabled business change projects. Develop approaches to programmatically deliver successful digital innovation engagements.
    Eplore and develop a detailed understanding of e- ternal developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
    Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; eplain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing e- traordinary things to achieve local business goals.
  • Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
    Act as subject matter epert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team. Maintain eternal accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging e- ternal regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • Ensure project compliance with the organization's wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes
    Develop and manage the delivery of a plan to evaluate and track business benefits and to identify actions needed to ma- imize these.
  • Negotiate and manage deployment of project resource budgets, providing forecasts and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate review points to ensure effective utilization.
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.
    Plan and manage the delivery of projects within an area of professional e- pertise, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
