What This Role Is All About:

We are seeking two part-time Marketing Assistants to serve as Community Managers, providing real-time engagement and coverage of our social media channels during key off-hours.

You'll be the front line of our online community — engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, converting leads, and keeping our digital spaces safe, welcoming, and active when the main U.S.-based team is offline.

This position is ideal for bilingual (English–Spanish) professionals who are passionate about helping others, skilled in online communication, and experienced in community engagement and social media management.

When You'll Be Working:

Part-Time | Early Morning & Weekend Coverage (Arizona Time)

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Arizona Time)
  -OR-
• Weekends: Saturday 4:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 AM (Arizona Time)

Weekend hours are part of the regular schedule. Your hours may vary slightly depending on activity or coverage needs — but you'll have a defined, stable schedule, not on-call work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms (especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram) in real time.
• Engage followers with warmth and professionalism, converting interactions into qualified leads for our sales and legal teams.
• Moderate content by identifying and blocking spam, bots, or inappropriate activity to ensure a safe community environment.
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to write engaging English and Spanish responses.
• Track and document leads, engagement trends, and community insights for reporting.
• Provide daily and weekly updates summarizing community activity, leads generated, and engagement performance.

Skills You Will Bring To The Team:

What you will definitely need (Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

• High English proficiency (C1 level or above — written and spoken)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in social media management, community engagement, or customer-facing roles
• Proven sales or lead conversion background
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Confidence using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for response generation or translation
• Reliable internet connection and professional/quiet remote work setup (Computer, camera, microphone, headset, stable internet)

• Understanding of immigration law or advocacy (not required)
