  • Assists management in effective planning, budgeting, and control
  • Continuously reviews, recommend and implement policies & procedures to ensure that resources are properly safeguarded and maximized
  • Communicates relevant and reliable financial information to management and provides analysis and proposals
  • Prepares, analyzes, and monitors annual budget
  • Provides management of reliable and relevant financial information periodically including financial analysis, comparative reports against the previous year and the budget
  • Ensures compliance with all government and legal requirements required in operating a business

Minimum Qualifications :

  • BS Accountancy graduate, CPA
  • At least 5 years working experience as an Accounting Manager
  • Experience in the retail working environment is a plus
  • Has in-depth knowledge and experience in planning, budgeting, creating systems and control particularly in a retail setting
  • Preferably with background in external or internal audit
  • Must be well-versed in all accounting facets and has good analytical skills
  • Sound leadership qualities
  • Highly flexible, organize, and can withstand pressure
  • Willing to be assigned in Chino Roces, Makati City
  • Full-Time position available
