About the Role:

The Microsoft Integration Specialist supports the design and delivery of reliable connections between systems using Microsoft tools.

You will work with Azure Integration Services, the Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 to make sure information flows smoothly and securely between applications.

You'll be part of a collaborative team that values quality, clear delivery, and client success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Functions.
  • Connect systems like Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other Microsoft or external applications.
  • Develop simple, efficient workflows and automations that support daily business operations.
  • Make sure all solutions follow QTX's security and compliance standards.
  • Help troubleshoot integration issues and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with delivery and project teams to meet client goals and deadlines.
  • Keep clear documentation of integration steps and configurations.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3–5 years' experience in integration or software delivery, ideally using Microsoft Azure.
  • Practical experience with Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, data formats (JSON/XML), and authentication methods.
  • Experience connecting Microsoft tools such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset — you take ownership and enjoy solving problems.

Nice to Have:
  • Microsoft certifications in Azure or Integration Services.
  • Experience migrating from older systems like BizTalk.
  • Interest in data automation or AI services.
  • Basic scripting in PowerShell or Python.
