  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in QuickBooks for both sites including uploading of supporting documents.
  • Prepare lapsing schedule for fixed assets.
  • Reconcile VAT, Expanded withholding tax, payroll taxes and government remittances with records in QuickBooks.
  • Collaborate with different concerned departments for verification of financial documents when necessary.
  • Maintain updated internal records and BIR Books of Accounts.
  • Provide quality financial service ensuring accurate maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable aging, accounts receivable aging, schedule of funds received and other pertinent subsidiary schedules.
  • Perform month-end financial processes, accruals, reconciliation, etc. and provide accurate Financial Reports.
  • Maintain an organized and neat file of financial records including pertinent vendors contracts and all government reports.
  • Assist in the review and processing of vendor's invoices before payment processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of schedules for E-gov payments.
  • Assist in the recording of transactions in BIR off-line modules.
  • Assist Senior Management for any periodic reports, trackers, and required reconciliations.
  • Assist in other day-to-day operations of the Finance Department and ensure the strict implementation of company accounting policies, procedures, and practices.
