Position: Customer Service - Support Agent

Location: Two Ecom MOA Pasay

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete quotations and enter orders
  • Simple plan readings
  • Respond to Web requests
  • Work closely with the engineering and logistics team
  • Support Manufacturing agents
  • Check order status
  • Project follow-up
  • Work closely with all department
  • Participate in team meetings

Qualifications
  • 2 years experience in Office Work or Customer Service
  • College Graduate (4 year course)
  • English - Advanced (spoken and written)
  • Optional: French (spoken and written)
  • Office 365 suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Customer service oriented
  • Like numeracy and be able to calculate
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent memory
  • Autonomy
  • Reading of simple plans
