We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Package Tracking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers with package tracking inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and/or chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding package status and delivery timelines

  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues professionally and efficiently

  • Communicate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely updates

  • Document customer interactions accurately in our system

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center or similar preferred)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using computer systems and tracking tools

  • Strong attention to detail and time management
