Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Calamba, Laguna

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and smooth logistics coordination. This role involves supervising warehouse personnel, managing inventory control systems, and ensuring all warehouse processes align with company standards for safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and system updates.
  • Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time according to delivery schedules.
  • Oversee loading and unloading of shipments while ensuring proper handling and documentation.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Monitor warehouse staff performance, provide guidance and training, and ensure team efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and operations teams for delivery planning and stock replenishment.
  • Handle inventory variance investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit warehouse activity reports, including inventory status, dispatch summaries, and manpower updates.
  • Support process improvements to increase warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Perform other related warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, or WMS platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Physically fit and able to oversee warehouse operations in a hands-on environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
