Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Scheduling: Develops detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing resources effectively.

  2. Budget Management: Tracks expenses, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and ensures the project stays within budget.

  3. Coordination and Communication: Collaborates with project team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

  4. Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates potential risks to ensure the project's successful completion.

  5. Quality Control: Monitors the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project requirements and industry standards

  6. Safety Compliance: Enforces safety regulations and procedures on the construction site.

  7. Progress Reporting: Provides regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any challenges encountered

  8. Contract Negotiation: Manages contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  9. Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts that arise during the project.

  10. Client Relations: Maintains a positive relationship with clients and ensures their satisfaction.

  11. Team Leadership: Leads and motivates the project team, providing guidance and support.

  12. Perform task as may be assigned by the superior officer from time to time
