About the Role:

Our client, a reputable player in the real estate industry, is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and oversee the on-ground execution of a large-scale mixed-use or township development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the region's most ambitious and transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate site construction activities to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery of project milestones
  • Work closely with contractors, consultants, and project managers to align on scope, timeline, and budgets
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards and local building codes
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including progress reports and technical specifications
  • Ensure proper implementation of project plans and resolve any site-related issues or delays
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to support efficient development execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in mixed-use or township development projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project scheduling
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be based full-time in Nasugbu, Batangas
