About the role

We are seeking a talented Project Engineer (Civil Engineer) to join our team at EFB GEOSTRUKT INC' in Batangas City, Batangas. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the execution and delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. Your work will involve overseeing the planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring the successful completion of each project.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the design, planning, and implementation of civil and structural engineering projects
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, construction managers, and clients, to ensure project requirements are met
  3. Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and identify and resolve any issues that arise
  4. Prepare detailed project reports, cost estimates, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil and structural engineering

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and license
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role in the civil/structural engineering industry
  3. Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as CAD, BIM, and project management tools
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  7. Willing to start ASAP
