Job Summary

The NMD Associate is responsible for monitoring, validating, and analyzing operational data across the J&T Express network to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. This role supports daily operations by coordinating with branches, hubs, and other departments, providing timely reports, and assisting in the implementation of process improvements to strengthen service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and consolidate operational data from branches and hubs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) such as delivery time, parcel flow, and productivity to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support daily network operations by validating reports, investigating discrepancies, and escalating issues to supervisors.
  • Assist in preparing operational dashboards and performance reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with branch and hub leaders to ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in operations management.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across the logistics network.
  • Ensure proper documentation and secure handling of sensitive operational data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
  • Preferably with experience in logistics, courier, or supply chain operations.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
