Job Overview

We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern who's passionate about content creation and eager to learn how marketing and video editing work hand in hand. This role focuses mainly on editing product videos for ads, social media, and campaigns—helping bring our brand stories to life through engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit product videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and product pages.
  • Apply basic storytelling, pacing, and music selection to align videos with the brand's tone.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand target audiences and campaign goals.
  • Learn and apply basic marketing principles such as hooks, CTAs, and emotional triggers in video storytelling.
  • Assist in brainstorming creative video concepts and campaign ideas.
  • Stay updated on video trends and popular editing styles across platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Video Output: Number of quality product videos edited and published per week/month.
  • Content Engagement: Improvement in metrics such as view rate, watch time, and click-through rate.
  • Creative Alignment: Consistency of video output with campaign objectives and brand voice.
  • Efficiency: Timeliness in submitting edited materials and revisions.
  • Growth & Initiative: Demonstrated improvement in editing skill and marketing understanding throughout the internship.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in using tools like (capcut, canva, chatgpt)
  • A good eye for visuals, transitions, and sound synchronization.
  • Eager to learn marketing principles and how they integrate with creative execution.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive in suggesting ideas.
  • With allowance and absorption opportunity.
  • Onsite setup but negotiable to hybrid setup.

  • Mentorship on how editing decisions affect conversion and engagement.
  • Exposure to UGC-style content, storytelling techniques, and creative briefs.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
