We are seeking a proactive Account Officer to manage client portfolios and drive the development of new accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new accounts and manage existing client portfolios.
  • Prepare lease approvals and business information write-ups by securing complete pre-approval requirements from potential clients.
  • Conduct client calls and prepare call reports to document client interactions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Assist financial analysts by providing required client information for financial review and analysis reports.
  • Cultivate account leads from various business units to secure referrals and business support.
  • Conduct presentations to approving committees to assess client creditworthiness.
  • Ensure completeness of credit folders and compliance with KYC and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and credit review processes.
  • Marketing experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to establish rapport with both internal teams and external clients.
