You'll be the strategic brain behind our clients' digital advertising, crafting campaigns that hit their goals right in the bullseye. Think of yourself as a master chef, taking raw data ingredients and cooking up delicious, high-performing paid media campaigns. You will be constantly looking for new opportunities for your clients, and bringing to the table recommendations and ideas that lead to increased value and revenue across your client portfolio. You will leverage data and insights to adequately diagnose, analyse and optimise paid media campaigns, to ensure your client get the most value from their budget.
Here's a taste of what your day might look like:
- Launching brilliant campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels – basically, wherever our audience hangs out
- Channeling your inner digital detective, unearthing the perfect keywords and audience secrets to seize golden opportunities for your client.
- Whipping up ad copy and visuals so compelling they'll make people click faster than you can say "conversion"
- Playing mad scientist with A/B tests, then reporting on your genius and optimizing campaigns until they're perfect.
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance like a hawk, spotting trends and seizing opportunities before anyone else.
- Mastering the art of budget management – making every dollar count
- Delivering reports and insights that make our clients cheer.
- Helping build sleek Looker Studio dashboards that turn complex data into beautiful, easy-to-understand stories.
- Teaming up with our awesome crew to dream up integrated marketing strategies.

You're not just experienced; you're a digital marketing legend in the making. You're practically fluent in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, and you've got a knack for navigating the digital landscape. You've successfully managed accounts for international clients (bonus points for AU clients)
Our ideal candidate:
- MUST HAVE: 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing – no digital training wheels needed here
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is neat, but real-world experience and a track record of success? Even cooler
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position, though extensive experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Understands the nitty-gritty of paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic.
- Is a tracking wizard – intermediate to advanced skills are a must
- Demonstrates advanced tagging and attribution capabilities in tracking implementation across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
- Loves a good report and knows how to set smashing goals (extra points if you're a Looker Studio pro).
- Possesses advanced dashboard building skills in Looker Studio to create comprehensive data visualisation solutions.
- Can manage data with tools like Google Analytics.
- Possesses superhero-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with a brain that's wired for data.
- Can charm the socks off clients with excellent communication and build rock-solid relationships.
- Is a pro at managing client conversations, leading meetings, and handling tricky situations with grace.
- Thrives in a remote environment – you're a self-starter who gets things done
- Manages time, prioritizes, and crushes deadlines.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and can troubleshoot technical issues faster than a speeding bullet.
- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for this role.
