Job Description :

We Are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This role will support both online and offline marketing functions, ensuring smooth day to day operations and consistent brand execution across all platforms.

The Ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative-capable of managing social media task, coordinating with mall partners, and assisting in campaign shoots and brand activations. She will work closely with the graphic and content teams, contributing ideas and ensuring that all outputs align with Mikana's branding and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Handle daily posting scheduling and content management across Mikana's social media accounts.

- Provide Chat support and assist customers promptly and professionally

- Coordinate with the content and graphics team to ensure post are accurate, timely, and on - brand.

Mall and Marketing & External Coordination

- Communicate with mall marketing teams regarding posting requests, social media submissions and promotional requirements.

- Assist in securing approvals, schedules, and materials for mall - related marketing activities.

Events & Brand Activisions

- Provide support during campaign shoots, in-store events, and marketing activisions.

- Assist with logistics, documentations, and coordination during onsite activities.

Administrative & Team Support

- Collaborate with graphic and content teams in brainstorming sessions for campaign shoots and monthly content planning.

- Manage administrative task related to social media operations, events preparation, and marketing documentation.

- Help maintain organized records of campaign materials, schedules, and communications.

Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication, multimedia, or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in social media management or marketing support roles (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)

- Strong Organizational and multitasking abilities; comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with major social media platforms(Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and basic content management.

- Experience in coordinating with external partners such as mall marketing team is a plus.

- Creative and collaborative mindset; enthusiastic about contributing ideas during content and campaign planning

- Proactive, reliable, and detail - oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
