The Role

Lead and Manage Recruitment Team:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to recruitment team members.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Sales Recruitment:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for sales associate positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.

  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top-tier sales talent.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with sales department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

  • Communicate recruitment status and updates to key stakeholders regularly.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and streamline hiring.

  • Utilize data and metrics to assess recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, is a plus but not required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on volume hiring.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and techniques.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
