Position Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Team Leader to deliver exceptional recruitment services to both existing and new clients. This role is pivotal in developing business within a specialized vertical while honing leadership skills. As a Recruitment Team Leader, you will provide high standards of service, acting as a professional representative and upholding the company's values to support overarching business strategies.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with hands-on expertise, capable of driving business development, managing a team, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is a "lead by example" role where you will balance recruitment delivery with team management responsibilities. Job Details:Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home) - Eastwood Quezon CityMonday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM Manila TimeResponsibilities:Lead, manage, and support a team of recruiters with a goal of expanding the team to five members by the end of 2025.

Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services. Generate business development opportunities and build long-term client and candidate relationships to drive business growth. Act as a role model within the team, demonstrating best practices and maintaining high standards in recruitment.

Provide coaching, training, and development for team members in all aspects of recruitment. Balance hands-on recruitment responsibilities with team management duties. Uphold company values, representing the organization professionally at all times.

Qualifications:Proven hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in Engineering or Healthcare recruitment (blue or white collar). Previous experience managing a team of at least two or more recruiters. Exposure to recruiting in the Australian market with an understanding of Australian work culture and effective communication strategies.

Experience with Bullhorn or similar recruitment CRM systems is desirable but not essential. Strong business development skills with the ability to generate and capitalize on new opportunities. Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, training, and developing team members.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a commitment to best practices.
