Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (4-year course) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, Accountancy, or Management.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in licensing, regulatory work, administrative duties, or related fields.
- Experience in handling legal documents, permits, and applications is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of legal processes, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Compliance:
- Monitor and enforce proper documentation and internal processes across the department.
- Manage registration processes with government agencies such as the BIR, SEC, and LGUs on behalf of third-party organizations.
- Review, verify, and scan incoming and outgoing documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to transmittal protocols.
Logistics & Coordination:
- Maintain and update itineraries for company personnel, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Oversee daily operations and schedules of company riders to ensure compliance with set protocols and deadlines.
- Track and compile accomplishment reports for relevant stakeholders.
Communication & Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for urgent matters, ensuring fast and effective communication and resolution.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication via phone, email, and other channels.
- Collaborate with team members to support various department needs and projects as assigned.
Confidentiality & Ethics:
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure all actions comply with ethical and legal business standards
