Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for the application of construction permits with barangay and local government units.
  • Monitor the status of permits, ensuring timely filing and renewal of construction and occupancy permits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and legal requirements to ensure full compliance in all construction-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project activities align with regulatory changes affecting business permits, licenses, and operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents for easy reference and audit purposes.
  • Liaise with government offices, agencies, and other regulatory bodies to facilitate the smooth acquisition of necessary approvals.
  • Address and manage other company or project-related concerns beyond regular responsibilities, as advised by the management.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of permits and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of local government processes, permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in dealing with government offices and regulatory bodies is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and submitting documents.
  • Ability to stay informed about and adapt to changes in laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in document management and record-keeping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage ad-hoc responsibilities.
