About the role

Fruitas Holdings Incorporated is seeking an experienced and driven Area Manager to oversee multiple retail stores in Metro Manila. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the performance of a portfolio of stores, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales and operational targets. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for career growth within the dynamic and rapidly expanding Fruitas retail network.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of Area Supervisors to drive sales, improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective strategies
  • Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling and loss prevention measures across your assigned stores
  • Coordinate with the central support team to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches and operational initiatives
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the retail footprint within your assigned territory
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with customers, landlords and other key stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills to identify and implement data-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with inventory management, budgeting and financial reporting processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  • Passionate about the retail industry and committed to the growth and success of the Fruitas brand
