Reports to: Assistant Vice President for Operations

Role Purpose

Manage and oversee the operations of multiple locations within a specific area, ensuring they meet company objectives and maintain standards

Key Accountabilities

Business Strategy

  • Monitor sales performance of the branches by clearly and concisely communicating the business and store objectives to Store Supervisors.
  • Identify underperforming stores and develop a business plan to address and manage issues effectively.

Stock Management

  • Achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.
  • Communicate with the Merchandising team regarding the stocks in the area to maximize stock potential.
  • Oversee an adequate merchandise supplies and stocks inventories.

Customer Engagement/Satisfaction

  • Implement safety and security control measures which include safety of employees; safety of customers/visitors/etc.; security against merchandise loss/damage/pilferage.
  • Ascertain customer satisfaction and continued patronage through efficient performance of customer service function.

Store Operations

  • Oversee overall store operations of multiple branches and ensure that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in operations, company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent attainment of sales quotas/targets.

People Management

  • Evaluate staff's performance and ensure that company standards are maintained.
  • Facilitate and cascade communication across the store organisation.
  • Manage, train, and develop the team to drive business performance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience in Sales or Store Operations
  • Experienced in handling multiple stores
