- Collaborate with other departments, such as lending and credit, to provide expert insights and recommendations on asset valuation
Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and market data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate, and well-documented appraisal reports
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices in asset valuation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in the field of property or asset valuation
