Job Requirements:
Education, Certification, and Years of Experience Required:
a. With a Bachelor's Degree or a master's degree in BS Accountancy
b. With a license (Certified Public Accountant) or other related accounting certifications is an advantage but not a requirement.
c. Preferably with Software Certification in Xero, QuickBooks, and the like.
d. With at least 2 years of extensive experience in the end to end Accounting, Taxation & Finance Field preferably in an Accounting or Outsourcing firm.
e. Senior Accountants are very welcome to apply.
f. Experience in Xero Technical Advisory (Setting up and Migration).
g. Candidates with personal laptop and internet connection is an advantage.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Able to provide advice and client support related to accounting, taxation, payroll and cash management.
Able to provide advice and client support for financial planning and reporting.
Able to understand and create complex formulas and perform reconciliations using Excel.
Able to utilize MS Office applications (Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Word, Excel etc) to successfully deliver tasks.
Certified in Xero/QB and can provide advice on the use of these cloud accounting systems.
Able to effectively communicate internally and externally, both oral and written, to achieve organizational goals.
Able to assess and resolve issues with confidence based on strong technical background and soft skills.
