Job Summary:

The Admin and HR Generalist oversees day-to-day administrative operations and supports human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and general office management.

Human Resources

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Manage payroll preparation, attendance, and leave records.
  • Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee relations concerns and enforce disciplinary measures when necessary.

Administration

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
  • Draft, file, and manage company documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and building administration.
  • Support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • With experience in both HR and administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Excel
