About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our growing team at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' This is a full-time position based in our modern office in Apas Cebu City, Cebu. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help drive their satisfaction and our business growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective way
  3. Providing product information and resolving customer issues to the highest standard
  4. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Contributing to continuous process improvement and team productivity
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the IT or technology industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to team success
